The training was very comprehensive and the complex information communicated clearly.

This program takes almost an hour to complete which is a good refresher. Is there a shorter version, perhaps not interactive, which could be used for induction training?
I did not know about the variety of fire extinguishers. In addition to the print out of a certificate, how about a printout of the different ratings of extinguishers and what they can be used for?
thank you for such an interesting training I enjoyed between myself and the DVD; it was well programed and set out for the individual ( or few )staff to listen and learn and hold on and rember. What I liked about it I was by myself so therefore there was no interuption and I had the fortune to stop the DVD at any time and if I missed or not quite understood I just repeated it. the second thought I have was when you finished one section there was a little quiz or a room to find points of fire hazzards afterwards. I have also found that the test at the end was very good it invited you to remember and recall all the section by section. thank you for my Certificat I did 90% and reminded myself to be more aware of Fire hazzards at work, at home and other places I visit. from our last Fire training, I still remember that: wherever I go the fist thing you look is the FIRE EXIT and you are right and surprised not all Places the sign is VISIBLE to the public, esspecially Shops.
Was informative bu also repitve in places
I thought this was very clear with a good balance of graphics and demonstration. I especially liked the videos showing how to use each extinguisher and the diagrams. I also appreciated the explanations for why some extinguishers won't work on certain materials and feel I know a lot more about putting out a fire and dealing with it than I did before, and understanding different types of fire. I have done fire safety training before and thought I knew what I needed to, but this training programme really has given me the knowledge to feel confident in assessing and responding to a fire. One area for improvement: in some of the 'talking head' sections, the voice is not very distinct. I found it useful having the subtitles here.
The program reinforced many things I already knew and refreshed my awareness of others
Instead of a summary I would like to suggest a modification: on the video demonstrating the use of fire extinguishers, the impression is often to approach the fire against the wind which is not very smart even tough there is a optical effect.
I found the training very clear and practical.
