Easy to do, informative and concise

This is the route of all training concerned with Health and Safety - as a busy owner manager it is an excellent way of keeping up to speed with all new legislations without having time away from the business. I thought the presentation was very good and content informative and precise. I would thoroughly recommend it.

The sessions were very clear and to the point. Where necessary clear demonstrations were given. Sometimes very important points were repeated. Very good.

Very basic training!

The training was presented in a clear and understandable format. It was easy to navigate from section to section. I felt though, that the program lacked depth and that the test at the end was not really difficult enough, not enough of a challenge; it was abit like some of the competitions on tv, didn't really stretch the learner. I doubt myself whether I will remember any of the colour codes in a few months time, such were the learning strategies deployed. I liked identifying of hazards section, navigating 'round the rooms, I felt that was useful. It would have been handy if the fire officer had been more convincing and not fluffed lines on occasion.

Quick, practical and worth knowing

I had always kept up with health and safety issues at work because i have been a manager in large organsiations, I realise the implications of lack of knowledge/not keeping up to speed with legislation in a work sense but on a personal note, I would always personally want to avoid putting anyone or myself at risk and certainly want to know what to do if the worse happens and a fire breaks out. When you hear/see a fire engine going past in the street, it makes you glad you did a bit of really, really useful homework! I am glad I did this course. I wanted to remind myself of the different colours and uses of extinguishers ,it's important. Thanks for a good, quick, really, really useful course!
