Not sure I like the way the firman uses the fire blanket - he lets fire get very close to his face.

A well presented/put together programme - Very beneficial

I thought the training programme was really clear and well laid out. Very easy to follow. A good range of differing presentations made it more interesting than I was expecting before I started.

Easy to follow, always oppotunities to review fo clarity. Video demonstrations especially informative.

I thought this was a good programme for those people who don't really have the time to attend a course.

Nice clean graphics and clear concise videos that don't stray into irrelevant information. The absence of patronising common sense tips and twee cartoons is of note.
