I surprised myself by getting all the answers right, which tells me that the information was delivered in a clear and concise manner.

A well put together program and interaction was very good.

The last fire training I undertook left me concerned at tryiing to remember the different types of fire and what extinguishers to use. Your relevant diagrams and videos put across the information in a simple and memorable way.

This was a refresher session for me but it was still relevant and reminded me of things I had otherwise forgotten.

Suggest that there were a few more questions without the ability of changing the % on the final certificate as it is too easy to repeat questions and get them right.

I found the programme very easy to follow and very informative. i liked that i could review any sections which i felt i needed clarification on. i would recomend this course to others and would use again in the future.

Found the re-iteration of the fire extinguishers and fire types useful...everything else, I was aware of (but mainly due to doing Chemistry, Biology & Physics at A Level!).

this training was good, and will be helpful as part of our induction procedure

Very easy to follow with clear instructions and good use of video clips.
