Very good course. Simple easy to understand instruction. Convenient that it can be completed at work and inerupted, returned to if required.

A bit of information overload, perhaps doing a video clip in group sessions would be more beneficial.

Using the system is very straight forward and self explanatory. Use of video footage is far superior to a manual or still photos

I feel that it is important to complete this programme as people need to be aware of fire safety and what to do if they discover a fire.

The presentation was very informative and the videos helped to clarify certain points.

Its good at setting the basics for staff. I dont think they need to know about convection etc a bit to detailed. what I would like to see is that after providing the basics it then moves onto specific site location relating to that particular company. I know this will increase your fees but without site specific information that it just becomes another awareness course.

Rather time consuming especially if already aware of issues covered.

I thought this interactive programme was clear , accessible and informative. I learned quite a lot that was new to me about fire safety, and it has prompted me to pay greater attention to the signage, and also the position and type of fire extinguishers in my workplace. It is an enjoyable way to acquire important information.
