The Training, programme was very good and easy to understand, I actually enjoyed doing it .I have learnt a lot,

Very clear and able to stop and start but would like to be able to take the test without going through each and every stage particularly if you have done the same test several times before

I thought it was good.

The program was informative and I liked the bitesize sectons. It would have been more effective for me I think if the questions at the end were more in depth and varied though. On the whole, an excellent introductory course.

It would have been useful if you could 'pause' rather than go back as in my role I was quite often disrupted from doing the training i.e. phone rang, visitor at reception

Good programme . A pause button on the longer sections would be good because i kept getting interupted.

informative ans straight to the point. testing each section is good with full test at the end. overall very pleased

The knowledge imparted is good and the variety of delivery avoids the likelyhood of zoning out. However, the time it takes to change between sections is very tedious.

An easy to follow programme with clear precise instructions and demonstrations.

i found it very interactive and it retained my level of interest all the time
