I have done many similar courses over my 40 years in the workplace but found this one of the best. Well presented and full of relevant information.
The balance of content is at an appropriate level so as not to overwhelm you with too much information. It is informative and puts across the vital points and actions for ensuring personal safety first.
40 separate videos of +-1m is completely unnecessary.
