This was a good refresher course for me as I have already been on a more hands on approach at my previous employer.

The programme goes into more detail than I expected with a good explanation and the test was comprehensive.

This course ticks all the boxes, and can be completed at your own pace, really useful

This is second time in a handful of years that I've taken this course on manadatory basis - I was impressed the first time and found it useful and felt the same when taking this as a fresher. The slides are good quality and have the right amount of info on each and right amount of talking per slide to avoid overload of information and to force natural pauses. The sound quality is good and clear and the videos of proper fire extinguisher use are helpful. All in all very good and I'd highly recommend it for ensuring a well informed and safe work force.

This showed clearly how fires form and spread, the signage and steps that should be taken to remain safe in such situations and a goodly amount of information regarding fire extinguishers. I found the vidoes showing how to use fire extinguishers particularly informative. I would suggest two improvements (1) show a video of a real fire spreading, it is mind boggling and quite educational to see how fast that happens and makes the point about not stopping to pick up your belongings far more relevant (2) give some indication of signage, fire extinguishers and emergency codes for countries other than England - my company does a lot of business travel and I'd like to be safe all over the world

Much better than attending a training course as I dont have the time.

Good to have the 'real life' fireman speaking and especially the bit where you have to spot what he was doing right/wrong with the fire estinguishers. Also the 'spot the hazard' was good, and quite hard. Because it was quite tricky, encourages people to really think about what could be dangerous and review their learning as they go along.

This was rather challenging but good to be educated.

Excellent programme covering the information in mixed media way keeping it from being boring but also covering a serious subject and explaining detail without being patronising, well done.
