The course was very good with a mixture of video's, diagrams, reading material and activities. I particularly enjoyed the hazard spotting activity. The only negative is that you need to dedicate a mininum of 45 minutes to successfully digest the elements of the course, and there was no option to quit the programme and return to it at a more convenient time.

Effective training tool. The videos help maintain concentration, rather than reading lots of the information. Good mix of diagrams / graphics.

This self assessment training means you can do it at your own pace. It is easy to follow with great graphics.

I particularly found the section about the different types of extinguishers helpful.

Too long, too much information, how do I justify being off the job filling this in when I don't know how long its going to take, my heart sank when I saw one section had 36 sub sections.

One comment would be that the last section on extinguishers suddenly had 36 slides - maybe that would be off putting for people - split section into 2 maybe 3?

The contents of the disc is very visual and simply put together, without lots of unnecessary vocabulary. Basic but very informative which helps you to concentrate on the information given and therefore easy to absorb.
