This programme was very simple and easy to use and I like the way it used video and audio to teach.

Straight forward and easy to use, workflow is excellent and would recommend to other clients.

Covered a lot of ground - easy to follow.

Don't think it was always very clear how to get from one screen to another. Found it quite dauntly to be faced with the section on fire extinguishers, being 36 screens.

This is the first time I have understood fire safety. ?You have made it simple and given clear examples on how to use the fire extinguishers. Well narrated and its made me aware of the consequences. Not only useful for work but at home [universal], also gives me confidence that I will be able to make the right decision if this should occur. Calling the emergency line and being aware to be clear, on instructions and not panic and wait for information to be fed back before terminating call. Excellent good work- only gutted I make a silly mistake and got 95% :-( in the exam.

I learned things I didn't know before

Would have been 5 stars but one of the questions was designed to trick you into giving wrong answer if this had helped learning rather than stopping me from getting on with marking I would not have minded. You must have more charismatic people in the fire service than the man in the video, if not why not use an actor?

I found the course very thorough and informative, but the questions were rarely challenging.

It took me a while to realise all the different arrows to follow - but it was easy to back track and find what I had missed

A very informative and helpful programme which updated the knowledge I already have.
