I enjoyed the training, very informative and especially liked the test questions after each section was explained
Takes you through the basics in a clear, easy to understand manner culminating with a test; videos showing how to use equipment excellent value. Added bonus is completing the course in your own time - invaluable in this day and age. Surprised myself and enjoyed the course. Thanks, Garry
It's good to be reminded of hazards to be aware of and procedures to follow. The videos don't, however, warn you about the noise a CO2 extinguisher makes.
not boring with all the necesary information. Didnt take too long. I liked the use of a real fireman and seeing demonstrations instead of just words.
The programme was easy to access and work through: the instructions were clear and easy to understand. I enjoyed the visual nature of the programme and feel I've really improved upon my knowledge and understanding of fire.

Very user friendly, like the fact you can go back over sections - I did find that making notes as I went along was very useful.
