Slow moving to the next subject cuasing the wrong answer s to be clicked

Good but abit slow in going from one topic to the next. Clear and easy to understand

Covered quite a bit of what I'd already done on the Fire Warden training, but nevertheless, very good in the training. I'm still reeling though my the 2 videos with the fire in the shop and the fire alarm where no one responded. I know, because of my training, that I would act completely different in those circumstances and take control.

The use of visual aids, short video clips and verbal instructions with summary questions throughout is very practical and makes the learning process accessible to everyone.

A very informative and worthwhile training programme.

A very clear and formal understanding, lots of diagrams and installtrations to help. Also liked how you were given a small test after each section.

As far as fire and health and safety courses go this is probably the best one ive done, It was informative and interacive which was great.

It was easy to follow step by step, the dialoge and content extensive. The diagrams and colour codeing was clear and bold.

It crashes when I go to print my certificate.
