An informative programme.

Simple, comprehensible, direct, user-friendly, with an ecouraging self-assessment test at the end.

All the information was presented clearly and concisely and covered all topics needed for fire awareness in the workplace. Very useful.

Very clear and easy to understand - good use of text, pictures and video clips.

I liked the way that it is organised into different sections and was easy to use. The videos of the Fire Officer speaking were difficult to hear as was a lower volume and I cannot adjust volume on my PC. It would be useful to have a pause button. It varied between very basic (triangle of fire) and more detailed information (explanation of radiation etc) which seemed inconsistent and made it difficult to maintain focus.

Quick course showing most important aspects of fire safety suitable for all staffing levels.

A questiion on radiation conduction and convection was poorly organised and this has occurred on previous testing so this is needs to be improved, In the current test the question showed fire radiating heat a pipe conducting heat and air convecting heat. In the previous test radiation between buildings was confused with convection of gas in the space between the walls of the building.
