Good explanation of the nature of fire, its causes, prevention and appropriate responses to it. The new 'office' environment is an improvement on the previous version. I like being able to have sub-titles as well as speech. I find it hard to remember the colour of the different extinguishers and rely on reading what is written on them - even after following fire training every year. Why do they all have to be red! Better to have whole thing in the separate colours, I think.

Clear and concise information - enough to ensure understanding and satety, but not too technical or complicated to be easily comprehended.

Having undertaken similar on-line training in other businesses this training package was of a better standard than those previously undertaken

I found it easy to follow and understand. Good explainations and diagrams. I liked the way it was broke into sections which meant I could stop and take up from where I left off quite easily.

This training programme was both interesting, informative and most importantly covered all the required topics relating to 'Fire Awareness in the Workplace' The use of instruction videos enabled a clearer understanding of the topic.
