I thought the programme was most informative, delivered in a very clear direct uncomplicated manner. Easy to follw and absorb. I also thought it was memorable, and would be very helpful if one was in a real fire situation.
The programme was too long, with too much emphasis on the instruction not the testing of knowldge.
Opened my eyes to fire safety, a definite must for all employees, AND domestic / residentual envoironments
The problems with tackling fire is well explained. I liked the practical demonstrations. Possibly a video showing how smoke would look in an office would have impact - show an office before a fire and then full of smoke. Not being able to see a door or avoid a desk would bring home the peril. The questions were very easy - possibly too obvious? Could ask for a section at the end on what will now do to ensure fire safety eg find and recognise the type of extinguisher nearby or find the signage - is there any or is it missing?
The programme was very informative but not too time consuming. The videos and overall explanations of each 'area' were clear and concise.
Thought this was very educational and beneficial, as there are certain things to be considered and learnt. Very good and simple to understand etc.
to much information in such a small amount of time
A good training course, without being too heavy going. Each section was well constructed and put together and helped to demostrate the element being trained.
Very useful, good to refresh your and be reminded of course of action.
one issue, i could not make it let me do the course in small chunks and then come back to it. Have you ever tried to find a whole hour in school?
