This training programm is clear, easily understandable and to the point.

As far as I am aware I have never done this training. Someone somewhere has got their wires crossed. Sorry. Perhaps I may get to do it one day.

I thought this was a very clear and well directed programme easily guiding me through and explaining all aspects of fire fighting. Also educating me in its varying types.

A very good training DVD for those who have some prior knowledge but I think if someone who has no inclin at all then they may struggle

The course was very easy to follow and was relevant to the subjects it covered.

An excellent way to refresh training in your own time.

good interactive learing resource for fire safety

The chapter layout was logical, with bright and clear summary points. There was a good balance of video, audio and written information. The video demonstrations of operating fire extinguishers were very useful and I also enjoyed the interactive, spotting the hazards task. I felt that the online package genuinely refreshed my knowledge and certainly raised my consciousness of fire safety.

It is an excellent and of course invaluable exercise. Clear information with reasons. Some of it may be "common sense" - good to be reassured that one knows things - but other things can be very enlightening to the reader. Recoomended!
