Good and easy to use, well put together.
Clear, simple, concise information. Particualry found it useful watching fire officier using the fire extingushiers, showed that are used differently.
A continuos play button with a pause option would be far better than the skip buttons. The current skip buttons can fast forward through sections defeating the object, and can be annoying when the videos stop every 30 seconds or so.
The programme was easy to follow and when I needed to revisit an area it was simple to go back and review a topic. The graphics were good and the verbal instructions were clear.
A VERY CLEAR PRESENTATION BY BOTH PRESENTER AND FIREMAN. VIDEOS VERY GOOD.
The course provided a good summary of what to be aware of in the event of fire & how to prepare oneself should it occur.
The information could do with being broken up more because although being simple and straight forward, it is also mind numbing too. I know it is not supposed to be exciting but maybe by adding in a video demonstrating how quickly a fire can spread you could really push the message across to people that this is not something to take lightly. More questions at the end of each section would be better. Maybe in the final test there could be a scenario based question that made you go through all of the steps for discovering and dealing with a fire?
It did rely on memory too heavily on some of the test questions e.g. colour of a certain type of extinguisher.
Clear instructions and excellent content make this an easy to use and informative programme. I am certain that our staff will find it easy to use. It ticks all the boxes in regards to our responsibilities as an employer and as it and can be completed at a time to suit individuals workload it is easier to fit into a busy surgery environment.
It was easy to move from one section to another.
