A very clear, useful training. I would recommend it to others.

The information was presented very well However As a Food teacher working in a kitchen I was told when I trined and have understood over the last 30+ years that the important thing was to GET OUT! Leave the fire fighting to the professionals. The great emphasis on the use of Fire extinguishers therefore mystified me, as a teacher I would always get my students and myself outside, and then NOT return into the building

Covers all major aspects, each section has a summary question, video footage is used well

Well organised information, explained well. It was great that different types of media were used, I found it helped me stay concentrated and engaged. It was easy to navigate around the system, moving forwards and backwards and lots of opportunities to watch things again. The questions were relevant and a good way of consolidating the information. It would be great if it could be more personalised to the delegates workplace.

I found the course to be relevant, informative and the presentation was at an easy to manage pace.

Is mainly good, but does go on a little too long, 45 mins is quite a bit of time to find in 1 working day

Gave a good understanding of the various types of exstinguishers that are to be used in a fire .....

Since this training is delivered in the workplace on a pc to an individual and since it is so comprehensive and therefore time consuming, it would be beneficial to have the facility to pause & resume the modules instead of just replaying.
