The section about the types of fire extinguishers was a bit lengthy, but I suppose we do need to know about all of them

The training programme was easy to follow. I completed mine in a ICT sweet and used the subtitles as there were no headphones. I spoke to other staff who said they thought it was good. I did get to learn a few new things an refreshed my existing knowledge.

I found the Fire Awareness training programme to be extremely helpful. I was able to learn a lot about fire safety and would feel prepared if I ever had to deal with a fire in the workplace.

The training provided very useful refresher of training previously undertaken in Fire Awareness

In my previous career I attended a Fire Awareness session run by a fire officer. He showed videos, talked through the important issues and then did a practical demonstration of fire fighting. This on-line training program coveres all the information at a pace that suits the individual learners. As for seeing a practical demonstration, well it was all there on the video - no need to go outside to watch someone start and extinguish a fire. The only thing that is different is that you don't get to pick up and feel an extinguisher - have to do that at some time in our building when there are no children about to copy us!

Clear information & excellant videos but it would help if groups could watch the training together & then indvidually take the test which is not possible at the moment.

This Fire Safety DVD was an excellent interactive training session which was informative and educational. The information provided was helpful and educational and the tests helped reinforce the learning.

It was very easy traing to follow and very informative
