I found this programme easy to follow and very informative . I liked the format of working through the programme independently rather than a formal presentation. I will find the information imparted useful beyond the workplace.

Gained a lot of good information which I really was not aware of, the awareness training was very thorough and covered everything. This will help me in the workplace as well as in my homelife and will make me a lot more aware of fire hazzards as well as more knowledgeable of fire extinguishers protocaols etc All in all it was a very good training module!! I found the programme to be precise and to the point. It brought quite a few points out about the reactions of people to firebells and the correct use of the correct extinguisher on the correct type of fire a good refresher.

This programme was user friendly, even for those who aren't used to working with computers. It was informative and thorough without being tedious. It covered everything you need to know.
