Comprehensive and clear. One bug bear that I have about fire safety is that it never addresses the practical reality that people wedge fire doors open with fire extinguishers and no amount of pomposity is going to repaire your image with them if you close a door on them while they are trying to move heavy or bulky objects. Constrast this with the contradicotry advice in the Manual Handling training, which says prop doors open. Perhaps a visionary is required in order to take this matter seriously, rather than dogmaticness and unenforcability.
