Easy and simple

I enjoyed the training as it was very informative and easy to follow.

How easy to complete, stop and start as you wish, and no traveling to a venue, GREAT.

I found this programme captured my interest from the very beginning. It was easy to understand and helped me understand the importance of following the correct procedures in the event of a fire.

I accept that this is important traning, and the video examples were really useful. However, the whole way the training is designed isn't that intresting and could be improved to be more engaging with better use of different formats to embed the learning, e.g. graphics and a more interesting voice over.

I actually enjoyed this programme. I would recommend it to anyone.

Helpful to have video demonstrating use of fire extinguishers. In the test i did not see the relevance of asking to identify if picture showed combustion or convection. i would not be thinking this if i found a fire. i would be thinking of the size,spread and material involved as well as escape route!! Need more questions concentrating on which extinguisher to use on what type of fire. Thank you
