Teaching materials are good and laid out very clearly without unnecessary repetition. The test seems to have a very limited number of questions though; it would be even better if the lilkelihood of getting any questios repeated was greatly reduced when someone decided to retake the test. This is a good product that provides a good learning experience, well done!

This is a sensible idea because the interaction helps you understand and remember and it also means you can return to the link to refresh your memory if needed.

Good visual, but each section could do with more questions at the end and that would ensure better knowledge retntion in my opinion.

A very clear and comprehensive delivery of everything you need to know. Very effectively heightened awareness of fire safety issues in a down to earth, easy to understand and assimilate, manner. We will be taking all of our staff through this training session.

Very useful to have guidelines to decide whether to tackle a fire or not and also to actually see someone using a fire extinguisher correctly. Definitely confidence building!
