the course was exaustive and stressed up on the correct information.

Very good. I learned things I never knew.

unlike the Manual Handling cd-rom which can be enlarged to fit the projector screen the fire awareness should should follow the same format,to much of a distration with bits and peices arround the edges and enlarging it would make it possible to pick up on detail.

I liked the way the test included the wrong way to hold and operate certain fire extinguishers. The presenter is really interesting and it's good to have the various ways of presenting the information including video sequences and the hazard spotting exercise. Seems to prevent it becoming boring. In particular it's excellent to have the fire brigade to do the demo's and have them involved.

itprogramme it was easy to follow and I liked the fact that you could go back and repeat sections if you were not sure about any of the facts.
