a good course and imfomative
Very detailed and the use of videos to show use and how to extinguish fires helps to remember the correct procedures to undertake.
Easy to understand. Broken down ito sections. Can rewind if you are unsure or just want to double check. Able to stop and start. Information very clear.

Excellent quality training; the material is comprehensive yet engaging. It is easily understandable and presented in a way that does not miss the detail, but keeps it simple and interesting at the same time.
Fire training very goood but longer than thought.
Very useful information for staff to know in case of fire
Easy format to understand and good that you can go back if you felt you needed to brush up in certain areas. I think some of the excercises should be repeated every 6 months to keep you from slipping into any bad habbits.
