The course was well structured and run at the correct pace. Content certainly brought awareness as to the dangers in the Office which in our busy lives we tend to ignore which could cost LIVES !I would say that the 25-30 minutes is a not a true reflection if you are to what all slides more like 45-60 minutes which the viewer should be made aware of when they start programmeto get their maximum focus.

Training basically OK, some parts a bit repetitive and I found the 'Well done, you've answered correctly' messages a bit patronizing.

Did this as part of my training at work, found this is interesting and useful.

Very thorough and gave an in depth view into types of fires and methods to extinguish.

Easy to follow and understand. Clear and relevant.

Nothing can replace training with a qualified trainer where you are shown how to do it and then you show you can do it, if you are doing it wrong you can be corrected there and then. It would be too late after you have injured yourself or others.

I think it is a very good idea to keep a refreshed update to mind, it is something that you don,t think of day to day,(what if we had a fire) or what we would do incase of a fire.

This is an excellent training programme which should be used in all establishments and places of work. The information is very informative and clearly presented in sensible bite size modules and the test question at the end of each module takes the 'fear factor' out of having to take a test at the end of the training.

The course is very effective and very easy to follow. It's great that you can pause or go back to other pages.
