Informative
The signage and fire extinguisher protocols are somewhat different in the US and I am sure in other countries as well so it would be good to have these trainings be more country specific. The information on the types of fires, how they spread and the types of extinguishers to use on each type was clear to understand.

The content of the course was very informative. I learnt a lot about fire extinguishers and their use in tackling different classes of fire. I also benefitted by the study of signage.
The programme unlike some makes you listen. There is one section at 36 clicks which seems long and alot of information to take it. All in all it is a great way to train on this kind of thing
A good training programme that was straight to the point and didnt take too long to complete.
I found the programme extremely helpful and easy to follow.
Content good but too easy to skip through without ever paying attention to the learning material. Test was too easy and even when deliberately only getting 60% certificate still congratulated me on completing the course.
There was a dense amount of information to take in during a limited time. I would have liked a little less emphasis on terms such as convection, conduction, radiation, etc., which I think add rather less to one's practical response in the event of a fire.
