Overal the Course was very good,I thought the fire extinquisher section (types uses) was a little longwinded and repetitive, but at least it made you remember everything.

Encouraged me to fully comprehend what I was being taught on the subject matter in an interesting format.

good quality content, poor quality recording etc proved a distraction. should theoretical knowledge be backed up with practical tests?

General concepts were appropriate to all however specifics such as calling 999 or the colors to be found on the various types of extinguishers are not applicable in the US.

Nice easy programme, was easty to use and well laid out.

Even this programme is important, there are changes thet need to be done from place to place. For example, if you dialed the British emrgency number in Chile you'r getting nowhere, so that part is useless.

A must for all employers to roll out to their employees, even a good idea to have public information posters and videos playing in for example shopping centres, how many people in the street know the colour coding on Fire Extinguishers.

Would highly recommend. Very useful information which I hope never need put into action.
