Useful and beats being spoken to for an hour. Enjoyed interactive elements & felt it concise.

We are currently reviewing our training provision as a Group and though a decision is yet to be made on how we will be proceeding, including deciding if an e-learning solution is right for us, I can say that the Fire Awareness in the Workplace module is the best I have seen for such a critically important subject.

Enjoyed the coures, found there was alot that I did not know, and maybe should just in general....Feel competent, didnt think that It dragged on as most courses do, and this one was in front of the computer, very well put together.

I believe that the presentation was well thought out, practiced and came across very professionally. It was very detailed, covering items that of fire safety and hazards that make you think - "do I really need to know all this?" It was very good and now I have better appreciation for all the safety items and awareness. I must comment though - there may be many of the Turner and Townsend employees that take these programs that are not UK based, as we are a global company; such that, many things may similar but not always exact. Opertion of equipment may not differ; there could differences with signage of color coding/markings. Still a great tool. Thanks

Only negative is that I thought there would be more testing on matching extinguishers to fire classifications. As I felt this was the most complex and yet most important factor.

Long presenatation for our environment an office, covered issues not relevant to our staff which 'shrouds' the key fire safety messages.

This is very thorough, but a lot of it is not relevant to my office environment and so it's very long-winded to go thorough the bits that aren't useful tome.

Easy to understand and step by step learning which is easy to complete at your own pace

We have an issue when using in australia and some of the information is not correct for our location such as the dial number for emergency which is 000 in Australia and the colour of the fire extiguishers our powder bottles are coloured green not blue. we are giving the employees incorrect information.
