good
Was informative but a bit long; could have done with knowing how long the sections were before starting. Also a pause button on the audio and video sections would be useful, as a secretary I am interrupted all the time!
I felt that the training programme for Fire Awareness in the workplace was very informative.
Genearlly a helpful session, but frustrating to be given an 'Incorrect' response to question 4. A diagram CLEARLY shows both processes of radiation (fire to pipe) and conduction (pipe through wall), so the question does this show the process of radiation 'True' or 'False', should be 'True'. Unless I misread the question, perhaps it should have asked 'does heat transfer through the wall by radiation', the answer, would then be 'No' Without this hiccough, I would have scored 100%.
The course was very useful as there were plenty of info I didn't know and they are of extreme relevance for the centre.
Good, important information that I gained both long and short-term memory of. To improve, perhaps use some teaching strategies such as mnemonics for the colours of fire equipment/uses as this information is not easy to remember by the next day.
Each module was clear and in plain language that was easy to follow.
Learned a great deal on this course. Colours of different extinguishers, their uses and what makes them individually effective with the various principles of tackling fire.
I liked the fact that I could access the matrial at a time suitable to my timetable. The training material was excellent as it provided audio and written notes.
Maybe a bit long winded
