Clear videos and easy to follow.

Not as concise as other programs however, very thorough and informative.

An effective direct way of learning about Fire Safety - beats sitting in the Hall for 2 hours!

It's as good as the subject matter allows.

I found the programme, systematic and very easy to understand. Thee presenters were articulate and and their paragraphs,made easy to comprehend. Overall the experience was informative, enjoyable and memorable.

Simple to understand, lays out the basics easily, straight to the point

I found this programme very informative and easy to understand. I liked the fact that you are able to go back and listen again if you have been interupted. The video's were very helpful.

The DVD overall is very informative and I feel I have learnt some things I may not have already known or been aware of knowing. It has made me more aware of hazards in the work place however on the videos - especially where the guys were talking its very monotone and easy to switch off. My advice would be to pick this up a bit, shorten it down and maybe consider getting a younger chap/ women fire fighter to do the talks as this will keep peoples attention. The sections that have for example 36 phases could easily be shortened still giving out the same information. If you need anyone to make a new video or feature in it you get in touch 😉
