Good overall. The subtitles could do with being automatically along the bottom of the screen to aid those without sound on their computers.

Exelently presented, very informative.

Mostly easy to digest except perhaps last section on extinguishers which was very long, maybe better done with a type per section

Accessible videos with visual prompts allow easy access to the necessary facts. It is possible to revisit slides if misunderstood or need to listen again to catch the relevant facts.

I learnt a lot from the course and would recommend it to colleagues and companies that I work with. The amount of content was not overwhelming and the videos were especially helpful.

I thought it was very professional, explained fully on the implications and risks involved in a fire and the process on what to do if and when one happens - which hopefully it will not.

A well structered programme with logical steps to follow. The vidoes of the actual use of the fire extinguishers was very useful as we dont often have the opportunity to use a fire extingusisher in pratice.

The DVD was easily understandable with all sections clearly headed and labelled. A comprehensive view of Fire and Safety in the Workplace.

This on-line course was a breath of fresh air compared to the usual courses we are subjected to! Very user-firendly and informative!
