WELL PRESENTED COURSE AND GOOD VIDEO CLIPS.

The training is very good but the test should focus more on the fire extinguishers because this is the part that we are likely to have least experience of and need to get right in an emergency.

the course is well laid out, and is very informative. The videos were good, and gave a clear view on how to use the extinguishers. Very happy to have completed the course.

Found the traning logical and explanatory. The video interludes break up the text and commentating nicely. Very clear.

The programme was very easy to follow, very informative and very intersting, it wasn't boring but it highlighted the dangers of fire and provided all the relevant information needed to assist in fire safety and knowing what to do in the event of a fire.

This programme was very easy to use and easy to understand, with both written and viedo sections. It was very beneficial being able to go back sections and re-read them if you were unsure.I believe however there may be one part of conflicting advice - under the section for flammable material 'Packaging' - I'm sure the section advises that polyeurathane is a flammable material in the information section however on the end test this was apparently the non flammable material.

only problem was that when i hovered over the question as i read them the programme took this as me selecting the answer even though it was not my choice maybe the questions and then the area to tick an answer should be in a sperate feild to prevent this from happening

I would have been nice to have been informed prior to taking the course that it comprised of video clips requiring the candidate to listen to sound. I work in a busy office and do not have headphones.

It is easy to follow, and very good with the videos and explanations.
