The information given before taking the test is straight forward and very applicable. Pitched at the right level as too much information can be confusing. I certainly feel more confident about tackling a fire after this training.

SIMPLE TO FOLLOW AND UNDERSTAND, INVALUABLE TRAINING!!

I particularyly enjoyed the room scenarios and trying to find hazards.

Very straightforward and systematic programme. Included everything relevant. A little unbalanced regarding the more complex topics i.e. fire extinguishers and what they should/shouldn't be used for.

Having done the factory awareness I did the office got 10/10 it froze so I came all the way out and did that bit again

Would have been useful to know how much time was needed to complete the training before beginning. Took much longer than I thought and very detailed. Do we need all of the technical information?

As mentioned earlier clear and understandable. Good to have a subtitles and repeat option it helps to memorize. Videos helps to remember it better as well. It was done in a nice and pleasant way so I was learning and enjoying it at the same time as there was some instructions included I was not aware before. I am hoping for more interactive programs like this one.

The training was easy to access, information was clear and concise. It provides good basic knowledge on fire awareness in the workplace pointing out the obvious and providing other information not so easily known. The fire extinguishers section was good..

I show this DVD to all of our staff as part of our anual training so I have seen it several times! However, I think the level is pitched just right, it covers all the essential points, it's engaging and easy to use. Nice work!
