Non technical language is used and appropriate to all levels of participant. The programme is time consuming but essential to be carried out annually.Would consider using for my learners that require health and safety fire knowledge.
clear and informative training that not only 'ticked a box' but will ensure I remember what to do in relation to fire safety.
This programme is broken up into 'bitesize' chunks so you are still able to take a break, work and answer the phone between sections if you have to. More flexible learning than attending a traditional course, albeit a bit anti-social in a busy office.
A good tool for any business
I learned a few things such not holding the nozzle; especially re: the CO2 extinguisher. That water is slowly being replaced by powder. Arson makes up the majority of fires - that's just dreadful. There was one a few weeks ago in Uckfield. Destroyed several shops and period properties. I am actually glad I was made to take this. Not long after the lesson, I went out. On a door in the women's loo was a warning sign re: cleaning products being kept on the other side of a storage room door!
Covered all aspects
It was good to know how long each section would take, and see how you were progressing along the way. Everything was clearly explained, visually demonstrated and nicely concise - and for a technophobe like me, it wasn't too scary either because every step was so well explained that I couldn't really go wrong!
v informative and easy to follow
Very thorough, clear and easy to understand.
Would you be able to identify the 10th hazard in the office and the warehouse please as 9 out of 10 is the most any of the team have been able to identify! I shall rate once I have received your response. Thank you
