Very good at teaching you the correct way to use a fire extinguisher.

Its things I've learnt many times before but its great to have a refresh of my knowledge. I like the e Learning much nicer and relaxed rather than sitting in a classroom

It was an informative DVD and very helpful . However it performed rather slowly and took an hour or so to do which I think is too long

I found it easy to follow and thorough enjoyed it. It raised my awareness of the different types of fires and the means of putting them out. I would recommend that everyone partakes in such a training.

I now know what can lead to fire outbreak such as combustion and radiation; the type of extinguisher to use put off fire as using the wrong one is very dangerous and also test it before use; keep low to the floor as it is cooler when trying to escape from fire; should not open the door if the door handle to the next room is hot; whenever it is necessary to use more than one extinguisher to put off fire, this is not for me to handle but the Fire Brigade; clearly describe the type of fire to the Fire Brigade; address and telephone number when you making a call.

Very helpful course and great that it can be done online.

we currently have a programme in place which would cover 90% of the course content.

The hazards in the workplace perhaps needs an additional note that you can move the arrows to view all the screen.Perhaps also use a woman firefighter? or some presentation completed by a female?

Excellent way of learning, as you can do it at your own pace . Very informative.

Liked the fact that it can be done over a period of time.
