It took longer than I was expecting so a warning about the duration would be nice. Program did drop out at one point and the fire officer was quieter than the presenter so fiddling with the volume was required. Overall very easy to use and enjoyable.

I found this course very enjoyable as the visual media was very easy to understand and user friendly, especially the facility to skip back and go over aspects I didn't quite grasp first time round. I would recommend this to anyone of any age or ability.

It was easy to go through the different sections and the little questions at the end of each section helped towards the test at the end.

The training has made me aware of my responsibilities as an employee in the event of a fire and has assisted in my worklplace becoming a safer environment.

It would be good if there was a pause button so you could come out and go back in.

The course was very intersting which had both a work and social benefits. The sections with videos were very intersing to see how the fire equipment are used and to put a fire.

Covers good all-round basic knowledge. Not too intensive.

Very good, could do with the pop-up boxes being bigger on my screen.

Very good. The fire extinguisher section was very informative.
