Was a good training tool and very easy to engage with the training content. It definitely gets the message across in a fast and effective manner and ticks the necessary business boxes for training. The only thing missing, I felt, was the option to print off key notes from the training material - an option to keep a one page handout could be a good idea.

The program was great, but I didn't have time to print the certifcate off at the end and went into it today and it is going to make me go through the whole thing again which obviously I'd rather not do. Is there any way to get my certificate?
