Knowing clear for fire type/exhiguisher/solution/call etc.

A good programme some modules a little long, made it harder to remember eliments but quite explanitory and clear.

A useful programme, interesting and easy to understand. I have learnt from this which could save a life.

A very clear and informative easy to follow video, which kept the student's interest. I thought the content was very extensive without being boring and you were able to progress at your own pace, which was good.

Good use of video - through demonstration and explanation. Clear, distinct sections, easy to follow. More testing questions at the end of each section would give greater rigour.

I did a similar course 5 years back in Europe. This a fantastic refresher tranning. Should have more of these courses

Clear and concise training. It helped me to fully understand my duties as an employee. It also gave me confidence to ask questions if I am not sure about procedures and to query where I am not sure if procedure is being followed.

This is a very useful programme on subject that affect us everyday.
