This programme is well made and engaging. It has clearly highlighted and emphasised the key points in a memorable way.

I think that it concentrated too much on things like how to select and use a fire extinguisher - things that the average person in an office or factory would never probably do and which will be forgotten almost immediately (and let's not forget that the warning in the video that it could cost you your life if you select the wrong extinguisher is probably enough to put most people off even trying to tackle a fire) and not enough on more likely dangers such as people panicking or, worse still, ignoring alarms.

A good training resource for large or small companies

The suite was very user friendly and the training content and delivery style effective. the option of having subtitles for the material was of a huge benefit for me as I completed the training programme whilst in a quiet office space.

I found the programme easy to follow and informative

You need to be able to set aside the requisite time to complete in one attempt - difficult if you 'man' a reception as do.

This was a very well presented interactive course in which the issues relating to fire awareness were coverered and explained in a manner that was easy to understand. Interacive technology of this type is good in that one can replay certain clips time and time again of any thing that may be unclear.
