Staff who have attended face to face trining actualy found the online programme much better

Takes you through all aspects of fire from causes to action. Very interesting to learn about different types of firs and relevant extinguisher types

The programme was easy to understand, I thought the videos demonstrating the different types of fire extinguishers a good part of the programme and also it was very useful to know which ones to use for each type of fire.

I found this programme very informative and user friendly. It was useful to be able to go back and forth as most people will be interupted at some stage and miss some important information.

I enjoyed this programme, and found the visual and interactive elements particularly helpful. Actually seeing labels, colours and operations made the information easier to absorb and understand.

The training was easy to follow and could be broken down into manageable chunks. It was good to be able to review a training section as many times as you liked and the interactive nature of the training maintained my interest. One of the best on-line training modules I have taken.
