Clearly explained and very informative. Also makes an excellent refresher course to people who have already had fire training.

Having been a fire warden at a previous work place with no actual training this programme gave me an insight as to what I shoul be doing in the event of a fire. The piece on the extinguishers was extremely useful and can be taken away from the work place.

I have learned a lot from this programme and i am now more aware on what to do in the event of a fire.

Foam seems rubbish. It took the bloke blimin' ages to put out the fire using it, where as the rest of them dealt with the fire in about 1 second.

Only 4 stars because I pressed the back button o0n my computer screen instead of the one on the programme by mistake, and had to do the entire course again as nothing was saved. Apart from that, a very informative course. Very easy to use.
