Well created!

I really enjoyed this training programme, it was very helpful and clear to follow. I learnt new things along the way that could potentially save mine or other peoples lives, should I ever be involved in a fire which is what a training course should do.

Very through.

A lot of very useful information.

5/5
Very informative

The colour identification of extinguishers was a good reminder and should be made aware to staff

5/5
informative, easy to understand.

Well explained DVD, clear and concise information with the added bonus of testing what you have learned.

4/5
Easy to use. Easy to stop and start it.

Found this easy to use - convenient in dvd format so can use when not too busy at work. Makes keeping up to date easy. Would recommend having a pen and paper handy to write things down as you go to help learn and recall.

4/5
Too time consuming and system faulty.

Had to re do fire safety part as did not register when I did it initially.

Useful and interesting to learn about the different types of fire extinguishers and what types of fires they can and can't be used on

Good and informative.

Overall I thought it was good and I am glad of the awareness of fire and fire safety because it could help prevent fires and ultimately save lives by the knowing exactly what action to take for each type of fires. There were a couple of points that I would like to make is: 1.A few parts that were just a little rushed through which I thought they could have gone through slower with a little more detail and 2. We advised that smoke could be thick and yet there was a lot of information advising you to read the fire extinguishers before use and although this could be difficult in thick, black smoke-no reference was made to this fact. However, I am glad to have taken the course and I have gained this valuable fire knowledge.
