Very easy to follow and the videos make it easier to understand extinguisher usage.

I enjoyed taking part in this training programme because all the sections were broken down into digestable sections and it was all informative. I have never undergone any detailed fire training in the past so I found this to be very interesting. The use of photographs, diagrams and videos were extremely useful. Thank you!

This programme is both useful and informative.

I thought this was very good and covered lots of salient points. Only snag was it froze at one point but that may have been the fault of our machine. It made me think about fire hazards and how to avoid them.

The course was very informative with a good use of real demos and very user friendly. It was broken down into manageable sessions so that if you wanted to do one at a time you had that option - however I did it in one sitting. Overall it was a good introduction to fire awareness.

this course was interesting made you stop and think and kept you on your toes no falling asleep at the back I think the pace needs slowing down a little to many facts to take in - the course did not seem's to cover the importance of a member of staff on the shop floor or office who was trained to get people in that area to leave together once the fire alarm went off this proved to be a life saver in the twin towers 9/11

This is one of many tests i have sat. Very easy to use and have more understanding now of what smoke can do as well as fire its self.

The DVD allows persons af all abilities to work their way through a well laid out instructional package on Fire in the workplace. This knowledge will raise staff awareness and if followed at that crisis moment will save lives and property.
