The presentation was clear and very visual

This course provided the right level of detail for people to allow them to understand the different causes, types of and methods of extinguishing fires.
Easy to understand , not too complicated, and all areas covered .
I think the programme is very concise, clear and easy to follow - I think the level of knowledge provided is just about right for the majority of staff members and the additional module for Fire Marshalls is good for those nominated with a more substantive role in the prevention of fire.

This is the best fire training I have undertaken at work. It is comprehensive and tells you all you need to know without gaps. The inclusion of videos and interactive sections makes it more interesting and holds your attention. I now feel prepared should a fire ever occur at work.
