Could be a life saver

Great online tool to get the message visually across to the user, however because I dont have speakers I used the subtitles and found it all a little consusing trying to watch the video and read the subtitles.

The text on the screen did not always match what was said and some paragraphs were not read at all. It would be better if these changes were made, although the information was not conflicting, it was distracting that it did not match

Explained the subject matter very well and was easy to follow.

I found videos good, graphics easy to read and I could revisit if unable to do whole thing as once.

The programme was very useful and not overly 'academic'in its approach. the videos didn't load terribly quickly in some instances which caused the whole programme to take longer than I expected.

Teachers do not have time to spend completing lengthy online training packages when al they really need to know is to evacuate the building. There are so many children in a school that there is no way a teacher is going to spend valuable seconds trying to remember which extinguisher to use

I used the subtitles and found them excellent as I was online in a crowded room.

The training was good but it took far longer than expected. I suspect that was down to my slow pc and the buffering time though.

The programme of intuitive and easy to use but I would have liked and estimate of how long it was going to take before I began the programme. It took me 1 hour 8 mins which I guess would be a average time. I had been misled by a colleague who estimated 20-30 mins therefore I timed myself. I enjoyed the programme and now feel a little better informed. I would also like to know if the system will let me run the programme a second time (when it is convenient for me) to consolidate my knowledge and achieve a better score on my certificate.
