This was a interesting and thorough programme with a good use of tests, videos and interactive modules.

A very good video . Just the right length as it keeps your interest. Found the section on fire extinguishers quite a lot to remember but was very informative. I have never had fire training before but this video made you aware how important this knowledge is.

I found this course very informative and potentially life saving! I especially liked the videos as this really gave me a clear view of correct things to do in a real situation.

very clear diagrams and videos. It is good that you can move back to review what you have seen before.

I was unable to complete the programme in one session due to work commitments - each time I logged back in the modules I had completed were not listed - hence I repeated each one again & some modules were repeated many times ..... a waste of my time !!!

I am pretty impressed with the intractive fire training CD-ROM, it enables us as a social care provider to train new staff members quickly and effectively, in order that they can commence their roles more quickly than through the traditional one day training method. The CD-ROM is comprehensive enough and easy to follow for our purposes.The only downfall is that unfortunately we are unable to asdk questions specific to our job environment, in order that we can improve our fire safety, and awareness.

whilst the content of the course, and delivery method were good at times the presentation was hard to concentrate on. It would perhaps be better to allow people to jump through a bit faster if wanted.
