Undertaking the programme is very enlightening and provides you with essentail knowledge about the causes of fire, how to prevent them and what to do in the event you encounter a fire. It also helps you to appreciate the impact and the devastating effects that fire can have on individuals and businesses alike. I enjoyed the interactive nature of the learning process and it's an excellent means of ensuring employees can gain the vital knowledge required about this subject matter, especially as it is easily accessible.

Excellent-I learnt a couple of things I didn't know regarding classes of fires and use of appropriate extinguishers. Also refreshed my memory on fire safety.

I found the training very informative and extremely worthwhile

Overall the programme was informative and gave very good training. The speach on the video was very distorted and unclear, fortunately the sub-titles provided the necessary information. However for a person with sight difficulties the programme would not have been suitable.

It would be good to have the captioning as part of the video rather than a separate pop-up window. The connection between colours and types of extinguishers was too brief.

It provided good detail with testing of concepts - I found this along with the video coverage useful. If I had to comment of one possible improvement it would be to speed up the DVD action /running time. It took over an hour to train because there were long periods where one had to wait for the information to load.
