Very Good

Even though I thought I knew about different types of extinguishers, this made me realise I hadn't checked what types we actually had on site or where they were.

4 Stars

Very good overall except I found the interactive finding 10 hazatds rather uncontrollable with my mouse as everything moved too fast for my liking.

4/5
easy to understand

easy to understand and straight to the point

4/5
important knowledge, very informative

covered all areas in detail with necessary information that is often not the case. I learnt a lot and this is the best fire course I've done, including physically bit quick at times with no pause button. hard to click on office/warehouse as it kept moving eg wires had to click on sockets which were already noted, and no answers

5/5
Content excellent, controls a bit clunky

The content is excellent. It could be easier to navigate the menu system, especially for reviewing material. The system hung up when trying to find the 10th office hazard - when I completed it, the notes were still appearing on the next screen, and there was no option to proceed: I had to reload the s/w.

Programme got stuck - had to change cd's

Very informative.

It has made me view my working and living areas in a more fire awareness way.

Very good programme

The importance of using the correct fire extinguisher to deal with the different types of fire is quite difficult to remember yet essential - could there be some sort of handout at the end of the test that restates the different types of fires and which extinguisher to use?
