very clear and easy to understand although i did find the test questions a little confusing.... i did find that the use of bullet points and videos very helpful.

Its a quite straight forward course, i did not have any headphones or speakers but managed to follow everything using the sub titles, I made 4 stupid mistakes, should have scored 95%

Cover all the essential areas when dealing with a potential fire. The pracical exercises are good and the tests as you go through each area checks on how much you have understood. Very good.

Quite a lot to take on board which highlighted the seriousness of the subject. Also learned a few things about the way a fire a spreads & suggestions to improve personnal safety

I didnt know much about what to do in case of a fire but I have a clearer understanding now, and that of all the different fir extinguishers. A very clear, concise programme.
